Manufacturer's Guarantee
We offer a 12 month guarantee on all products. If any structural fault should arise within the first 12 months through normal use of your chair/sofa, just contact us and we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced as soon as possible. (Please note this does not include accidental damage or stains.)
Five Year Extended Guarantee
This guarantee can be extended for only £19.99 per seat to give you complete protection for 5 years against stains, structural faults and accidental damage. That means five years full protection on a 3 seater sofa for just £59.98. We offer this service through HFR and have negotiated on your behalf a substantial discount where they will provide their Diamond level of cover for the price of the basic Gold cover.
